Refund policy

At Hypeora, customer satisfaction is our priority. As a dropshipping store, our return and refund policy follows industry best practices similar to Zendrop's fulfillment policy.
Order Cancellation
- Orders may be canceled for a full refund before they are processed or shipped.
- Once an order has been processed or dispatched, it cannot be canceled.
Returns
Due to the nature of international dropshipping, we generally do not require customers to return products to receive a refund or replacement, as international return shipping is often impractical and costly. In most eligible cases, customers may keep the item while we provide an appropriate resolution.
Refunds & Replacements
You may be eligible for a refund or free replacement if:
- Your item arrives damaged.
- You receive the wrong item.
- Your order is missing items.
- The product has a manufacturing defect.
- Your order is lost during transit and confirmed by the carrier.
To process your request, please contact us within 30 days of delivery and include:
- Your order number
- Clear photos or a short video showing the issue
- A brief description of the problem
Claims submitted after 30 days may not be eligible for a refund or replacement.
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds or replacements will not be issued for:
- Change of mind after delivery
- Ordering the wrong product, size, or color
- Incorrect shipping address provided by the customer
- Minor packaging damage that does not affect the product
- Normal wear and tear or misuse of the product
Delayed Deliveries
Shipping times are estimates and may be affected by customs, weather, holidays, or carrier delays. Delivery delays alone do not automatically qualify for a refund. However, if an order is confirmed lost by the shipping carrier, we will offer a replacement or refund where applicable.
Refund Processing
Once your request is approved:
- Refunds are issued to your original payment method.
- Processing typically takes 5 to 10 business days, depending on your payment provider or bank.
