  • Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.
  • Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays.
  • During peak seasons or promotional events, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Costs

Incorrect Shipping Address

  • Once the order has been shipped, we cannot guarantee that address changes can be made.

Orders returned due to an incorrect address may require additional shipping charges for reshipment.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost during transit or arrives damaged, please contact us within 30 days of the delivery date (or expected delivery date for lost shipments) with:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the damaged item (if applicable)
  • A brief description of the issue

After verification, we will provide a replacement or refund where eligible.
